At Casuarina Square Dental Care, our dentists have been providing dental services in Darwin for more than 25 years. Our team offers a wide range of treatments, from preventive care to restorative and cosmetic options, tailored to individual needs.

Together, our dentists have more than 60 years of combined experience across general dentistry. This allows us to provide comprehensive services for patients of all ages.

Dr Jean Francois Cohen

Principal Dentist and Director

Dr Jean Francois Cohen graduated with a DDS from the University of Marseilles, France, in 1992. He has more than 20 years of experience in dentistry and is a partner at Casuarina Square Dental Care.

In 2015, Dr Cohen completed a Master Clinician program in Implantology at Loma Linda University in the United States, furthering his training in prosthodontics and implantology.

Jean provides a wide range of dental services, including restorative and implant dentistry, and works with patients to develop treatment plans suited to their individual needs.

Outside of dentistry, Jean enjoys fitness, cooking, gardening, and spending time with his family, friends, and dogs.

Dr Karen Marshall

Principal Dentist and Director

Karen has been part of Casuarina Square Dental Care since the practice first opened and has many years of experience working with patients across the Northern Territory.

Her role includes supporting patients in their ongoing oral health care and encouraging good daily habits that can contribute to healthier teeth and gums. She also assists patients who may feel nervous about visiting the dentist by providing a calm and supportive environment.

Outside of the practice, Karen enjoys spending time with her family, reading, gardening, and researching genealogy.
